My new hair decoration

It's carved and hand painted leather, and I was lucky enough to get it, when it was offered for sale. These are sought after, and sell in seconds. I wasn't the first to claim it, But was the first to message my details, and so it was mine!
It was lovingly made on a canal boat on the Kennet and Avon canal.
It's a horrible cold and damp day here, so I thought I'd wear something bright.
And now it's snowing.
