Sick

Not the most auspicious start to the day as I was sick in the night - no obvious reason so we will be putting it down to something I ate.   Cancelled a discussion on Azerbaijan planned for the morning and took things easy for most of the day.  I hope to get back to the gym tomorrow.    

Starting another assignment for the OU - looks a bit more straightforward than the previous one but we will see.   I'm never one to pick the easy option.
