Happy Pancake Day!

Katie was here overnight so I just had to make her a pancake breakfast on Pancake Day, otherwise known as Shrove Tuesday/mardi gras.
Being great parents, Martin and I felt obliged to join her, despite having had our breakfast earlier. Such sacrifice!
They are, of course, healthy - if you look at the fruit and Greek yoghurt and ignore any sign of maple syrup and chocolate chips. ;)
