Pancake Day

No, this isn't me burning the pancakes.
This is me preparing the ash for Ash Wednesday by burning last year's crosses.

Compared to previous years' attempts, this was relatively drama free.
Baking the palm crosses in the oven for hours probably helped, as did the generous splash of meths.
