Me and my shadow

With all that black cloud around, I'm not quite sure how we missed all the weather.  Our seven flakes of snow was paltry in comparison to the layer just in the next valley along but, it was still good to get out.

I was summonsed to the doctors today for a free health check.  I guess I've hit that age.  There's only one thing for it...

Walk on!  Cycle on!

We also had a rare outing to the cinema in Ilkley to see Downsizing. It was severely rubbish to be honest but the lady behind with her infectious laugh made it, as did going to the early showing so we could watch the Olympic highlights when we arrived home.
