Fat Tuesday
After teaching my class all about Mardi Gras for the last 5 weeks, I am now an expert.
I have taken advantage of it being Fat Tuesday by stuffing my face for most of the day. A bacon sandwich with mum and dad in Saffron Walden, Beef Stroganoff for dinner and a few pancakes to follow.
That's the kind of Tuesday I like.
