Rump steak, hot vegetables, warm sauce and pine nu

So after a week away I am back to the delivery of 3 meals to be prepared and eaten. Took me just 25 minutes and was so tasty. More than enough, the steak was lovely cut in strips and instructions easy. I hoped it would work as had not got a blip. Daughter keeping me busy has gone home today so the house is quiet.
