Tiny Tuesday: Smooth

This solitary egg was left over after this evening's pancake eggstraveganza.  

We each started with a pancake folded around an egg, so that just the yolk was visible, served with smoked salmon, salad and a small glass of Sancerre. There was just sufficient pancake mixture left for us to then share one last pancake to which we both added sugar and lemon.  Delicious.

You would think that this should have been enough, but no, I'm afraid that we then hoovered up the remains of the mixed fruit pasty that Catherine had made yesterday.  In our defence it is better eaten whilst still reasonably fresh.
