I watched these cows follow each other from left to right along this ridge here, they had noticed a gathering across the glen and decided to join their gang. Two of them went down this slope but the third stopped, watched the others, then turned back and went down a slope to the right that was further away. It was clearly the slower route, but the bottleneck when they reached the wee bridge gave her plenty of time to catch up so no fun was missed.
