Wheel tappers & Shunters

It's been  such a wet day,  there was only one thing to do, yes, played on the board. What follows is a mini rant. I sent a small parcel to a blipper friend, who lives in the North of England, . and it took nine days to arrive. I posted it by first class, so how on earth did it take so long to arrive, and where has it been all that time?
