Work ,followed by a bit of food shopping. Home and got the washing done and lunch with Harry. I walked up to Dad's when I thought the rain had stopped, then got soaked.
We had jacket potatoes, mushrooms and quiche for dinner, all things that Selena doesn't like, but she is in Dorset so it is O.K.
I did my 4th day of 5 minutes a day tai chi.It must be good for me.
