Mauritian Daube
M cooked from one of his spice boxes tonight. The french influence in Mauritius meant that they adapted 'Daube de beouf' to daube de poulet. Servied with a hot sauce called Mazavaroo, made from chillies, ginger, garlic and lemon. Very hot indeed!
