Well, it turns out it was any other day in our house today and so we blobbed on Apricot and Strawberry jam. Lots of it!

Yay, it is half term at last and today was a beautiful Autumn day. My lovely, and incredibly kind, friend Helen gave me a massive discount on a pair of waterproof leather boots for the One who cannot eat. They are truly things of beauty, and the upside of an already sweet deal is that when Megan grows out of them they will still fit me. Joy!
