Ash Wednesday

It’s the beginning of Lent. I went to check a corpse of mimosa trees up on a hill near my house. It’s a stunning place, with a 360 degree view over the mountains and valleys around. It’s one of those places where you want to go to find peace and quiet and you want to reflect.
