Growing in a row on the side of the track.

My drive was more or less finished off today. The boxing removed, the gate rehung, cuts made in the concrete at regular intervals to allow a bit of movement in earthquakes and/or natural expansion  and contraction and a final hose down to clean everything off. Just the broken bricks to replace now.

Best of all, the 'Boss' couldn't see why I had to wait until Friday to stand on the new concrete and said to go ahead and use it today. Not the car though. The 'Boss' suggested waiting a week which is a lot better than the 10 days I was told yesterday. Perhaps if I keep asking different folk, a few more days yet might get knocked off.
