Preserving

A friend gave me some nice big Peasgood nosuch apples so I got very industrialist and preserved them today.
I’ll have to get some more as only filled 6 jars.
I love having them on my Porridge in the winter time.
#oldtimer got me hooked on porridge and apples when on a workshop.
