Tropical Black Tie

We had spent the day cruising off the coast of North Africa and at least once went in very close to shore but at a place without any buildings.

Tonight, our last night in the tropical version of Black Tie.

The next day we would arrive at Gibraltar and that evening would be plain business suit & tie and then out into Atlantic & Bay of Biscay as we headed back to cold climes, and black tie until Southampton.

My goodness can the Brits do the full POSH colonial bit in style. Is there another country on this planet with anything similar?
