Faded Grandeur

Drove down to Falmouth today for a couple of days to celebrate my birthday. Tipped it down with rain the whole day except on Bodmin Moor where the cloud was so low it was like fog!

This is the lovely old Edwardian hotel we're staying in on the seafront. Just love these old hotels, inside and out. Apart fro braving the elements to take this, haven't ventured further than the swimming pool, the bar and the restaurant since we got here late afternoon

Thought a bit of vintage mono treatment suited it for today's challenge. Apologies for lack of comments while we're away.
