Pancakes

We decide to honour tradition and make pancakes today - sweet and savoury for each of us, and it ended up a total feast!

Jessi and Caroline made the pancake batter, and I was on cooking and flipping duty. They trlurned out well and not even one on the floor! It was a really nice evening and we've been having a fabulous week up here with Jessi, much chatting and laughing and silliness. A wonderful way to speand the half term break.
