Cardigan of many colours

A bright but cold, breezy day.

My wife has been busy with her latest creation, a cardigan of many colours. It is her own unique design, using eight different coloured oddballs of wool. It seems to be very warm, great for winter weather.

I am still going to the gym and have now added strength exercises on top of the four cardio machines. I am definitely feeling the benefit of it all and certainly will keep it up.
