Natural Distortion - without faffing

KG has twisted his back (it is on the mend now) bu decided against going to badminton. Instead we  took a quick trip to Wyevale to get some growbags and then a quick trip into Tesco.  Didn't have to get much but nice to have somebody to push the trolley.
Spent the afternoon trying to connect a speaker wirelessly to my Mac - it was not having any of it.  Finally managed to connect it with blue tooth.
Ingeborg has challenged us today with natural distortion.  It was easier than I expected and I achieved this using a patterned glass plate and manual focus.  The red in the centre is the "miniature roses" (Carnations) that KG bought me on the return from our holiday.  They have done well So no faffing today  this is SOOC apart from putting a frame around it.  Thanks Ingeborg for this challenge.
A wet start but turned out a really nice day
