He's an old man, I thought he looked like an aging rock star before his haircut was finished. Love him.

Still not sleeping great. Bedtime is fine, I sleep as soon as the light goes off. It's 3am, 4am, 5am then I sleep soundly 10 minutes before the alarm goes off. Doctor prescribed some tablets, not for every night. But just for occasionally when it's been going on too long.

Still not heard from the hospital. I hate this waiting game. Let's crack on so I can get myself back again. Hopefully tomorrow.
