The Rock and the Hard Place.

this is about the 5th morphed rendition of an image i began a couple of weeks ago, see here for the start of the deconstruction   I'm leaving it here.....struggled thro the geeky stage and feel like i've reached a place where i am satisfied....no feelings of needing to cover it all up again!!!

Adding an extra:  Terry and i decided to have a walk, the road and driveway are still a bit icy but with the warmed temps, and the sprinkling of gravel on the road the walking wasn't too bad, i also had my grippies on!   Where we live we never expect to see anyone...unless there is someone in one of the cabins, so we were very surprised to see a lone figure walking towards us!  Turned out to be a friend of ours, Brian, whom we haven't seen in quite a while......he was doing a very long walk from his place, up over the hills close to us and then back down Big Hill, probably about 10K.   Stood and chatted with him for awhile, and my knee started complaining!   Ice on it now .... soon time for a beer!!!
