Blood

First time to give blood. Horrible weather with a snowy, wet storm, and lots to do at work.
Crashed at home on the sofa, a bit tired.
But fortunately had Lars pampering me.
Got my first Moomin cup (I always associate them with bloodgiving) and took a huge pill (iron) to help restore the loss.
