An accidental photobomb, but actually it makes the picture.

Nice day wandering around the Tate Cornwall with Bob and Sheila. Was interested to see the car park pay meters were all sleeved over and out of use - except one at the very far end of the car park. Now, I may be a cynical old bugger but if we hadn’t have bought a ticket would we now be paying the penalty? Lots of folk decided there was nothing to pay...
