Mosaic

A day of crafting today.  My dear friend Lisa booked this course for us weeks ago.  We have been to a number of course organised by The Spirit of Sutterby Group.  Today it was mosaic.  I opted for a traditional tile design but there was a section of medieval pottery shards, all found  on organised walks around Sutterby,  that could have been incorporated into the desgins.

My birdbath or fruit bowl, I haven't really decided which it is yet , isn't completed.  I have a row of blue tiles to add to the top edge then it needs grouting.  Once this is done I am sure it will feature in my Blip.
