MUD

We headed home to MD today. The soil is saturated with more rain in the forecast for almost a week. Flood warnings are up for our county. We live on the very top of the ridge but getting down the hill is where the problem comes in. Trees fall across the road, huge gullies form across the road where the water comes down and our bridge is covered with fast moving water making it impossible to cross. Just walking the dog has been an ordeal as she wants to investigate everything in sight!
