The NBN Man

Our NBN was scheduled for connection today.
When I went up the street at about 3pm I spotted this guy working on the box outside Telstra.
I stopped and ask if he was connecting my NBN.
He looked a bit startled at first but then asked my address and agreed he was. What a coincidence.

By the time I got home sure enough the ADSL had stopped and we had no Internet.
They are supposed to text me when I can set up the modem, which arrived this afternoon.
However I have heard nothing yet and as we were out all evening it can wait till tomorrow.
Maybe all weekend. That's how it usually happens isn't it?

The extra shows what he was working on. Perhaps another reason there are so many problems.
