2018 Thursday — Valentine Colors

I know that lots of people do not like Valentines, but I find it to be a fun holiday. I especially like decorating to enhance the celebration. I used to have fun tea parties or dinner parties to celebrate the occasion. That seems like another life time ago. So I’m not yet ready to put away the decorations. But the holiday is over.

And this Saturday at noon we have a realtor coming to show our home to his clients. Our home is not “For Sale” at the moment, not on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), but these people found our house on the Internet and their realtor phoned us about a month ago while we were still on vacation. So our focus at the moment is to get the house tidied and ready and hopefully to sparkle. We’d love to sell this house without having to pay a huge commission fee to two realtors. When we sold our little rental house recently, the amount of commission owed to each realtor, the sellers and the buyers realtors, was staggering.
