Soaking up the sunshine

The cattle seemed to soak up the sunshine on this beautiful day as much as we did. It has been a glorious spring day, at last.
I went to a happy event at lunch time. Although I have officially retired from county level work in the WI I still help out at times, and also do regular computer work for them. Today they gave a buffet lunch to all members who like me help on the sidelines. It was good to met up with many people I used to work with and be introduced to the new generation who are taking our place. There has been a change of paid staff in the office and it was good to meet them too.
