Unorthodox

Discovered a new coffee shop in Kinross today called the Unorthodox Roasters which sources, imports and roasts small batches of coffee.  The team who run it are unbelievably enthusiastic and knowledgeable about coffee beans - first time I've ever been offered the choice of beans based on their height above sea level (higher takes longer to mature so has more flavour, apparently).   In keeping with their unorthodox theme, this yellow bike is on the outside wall of the cafe - it is covered in signatures from people who were in the cafe during the Tour de France!
