Memorial

I was in Campbeltown for much of the day.

I remember this cairn being unveiled almost two years ago to mark the 50th anniversary of the Quesada Tragedy but I hadn’t been to see it before.

On a day like today it is difficult to believe how rapidly the weather can turn , suddenly and violently. But it can, even in the spring time , which was when the tragedy took place.
