Allotments

After an early morning IT lesson from D I headed into town.

A bright and sunny day made it very pleasant for walking, so a good day to be in Kirkwall. I'm getting more familiar with the street names and their layout, though there are still surprises. Looking over a wall near the centre of town I spotted this allotment. All very neat and tidy!

This evening, dancing in the village hall. A good turn-out and a very jovial evening. It's only once a month, but it's really nice to have a local group.
