No Rest For The ....

Up early again this morning.
Invited by Penryn Town Council to attend the Penryn Methodist Church 125th Anniversary the best that can be said of the ‘guest’ preacher was that he was entertaining.
When he said he was renowned for one hour sermons but that he wasn’t planning to keep us that long we should have been sceptical.
A 1030 start and 1150 finish doesn’t sound that bad but taken with the parking ticket waiting for me made for a miserable morning.
I have a real issue with our traffic wardens, not capable of confronting occupied cars flouting traffic and parking regulations they regularly target events such as today’s, recent First Poppy Laying where the numbers taking part, their age and infirmities and lack of available parking make them easy targets.
