"The Covey Heritage Marine Ways, an integral part of our living museum, are of the traditional railway type. Boats are floated onto a carriage and then hauled onto dry land. Visitors like to watch first the haul-out process and then the work on the hulls, which are often old wooden boats in need of repair and maintenance." (CBMC website)
