Aethon ni allan i'r Brook Bistro gyda Daniel. Roedd taith cerdded da ac eto digon i mi.  Yn y noswaith aethon ni i encil Bwdist yn Nhrefynwy. byddwn ni'n yn teithio yn ôl ac ymlaen am y penwythnos.

We went out to the Brook Bistro with Daniel. There was a good walk and yet enough for me. In the evening we went to a Buddhist retreat in Monmouth. we will be traveling back and forth for the weekend.
