AGM

Popped down to Bordeaux for the AGM of the Royal Air Forces Association in South West France. We are a charity who look after anyone who served, or is serving, in the Air Forces of the UK or Commonwealth, who have fallen on difficult times for any reason, usually health related, but which can’t be handled by the national system. We have a significant membership in the South West of France. Sat next to a 98 year old Frenchman, who serviced Spitfires during the war. Amazing character, who, while frail, was as sharp as a tack mentally.
