A bit of pond cheer!

A pond level update. Still no stream flooding to give a real top up. But you can see from these 2 shots that the water level has risen quite a bit via the high water table and rain.

In the lower shot you can see our "stick" by which we keep an eye on the pond. That was taken in Oct when I nearly sunk into the mud. Top pic shows where the stick is today, emerged all round by water. So that is a lot better than we had hoped for without a flood.
