Thank you so much for all the love yesterday on my 1460th blip.

Today revolved around Poppy’s return from her Austrian skiing adventure. D and I were both awake early and spent all morning checking our phones for news. I got up to make coffee and empty the dishwasher which is when Lily hopped into the drawer.

At long last we got the message that the coaches were 10 minutes away so we whizzed over to school to get her.
She really has had an amazing time but she’s obviously exhausted. After a quick lunch and before she’d even taken off her ski jacket, she fell asleep on the sofa for 3 hours.
Thankfully she’s gone for a shower now as her feet were very stinky after 18 hours on a coach.
Fillet steak for dinner, as requested by Poppy.
