Oh dear!

Oh dear what a shame - 2 things I really wanted to do didn't happen today! As part of our Birding course we had a walk of 2.5 hours this morning and it's been a glorious sunny day, but I am still unwell! I went to pick up hubby and managed the last 15 mins of walk where I got a blip of this Dunnock and in extras a Robin high in a tree. After lunch and a quick doze we popped to see mum who I haven't seen all week. We were going to have the grandchildren on a sleep over tonight and I was so looking forward to it but as the afternoon progressed it was the correct thing to cancel as I wasn't well enough. I just slept! What a disappointment of a beautiful sunny Saturday. Like someone sympathetically said to me on asking how I was today.....join the club! Not a club I want to be part of at the moment. So many varieties of bugs and viruses around at the moment! Voice a bit more audible today!!
