Winter on pause?

Not so cold today and the snow has retreated.

I nipped out looking for the birds ( This is where I saw the big mixed flock of thrushes a few days ago)  and there were NONE!

Still the sun shone for a while and the Winter version of the Larches looked interesting enough for a photo over the reservoirs.
