No tripod like I promised myself but I did try to stabilize my body for a hand-held snap at 300mm.

One of those days. I had to stop watching the news channels as I was getting so agitated/angry/sorrowful. But I did actually read a thoughtful discussion on-line that wasn't emotional or interrupted/trolled by inane platitudes that don't add anything to the discussion.
