My life is full
Of dance recitals
And basketball games
Cheering a hard driven spike on the court

Wrapped in a blanket
As he races down the ice with the puck
Standing in the sun as they fire the shot
That starts her strive for a personal best

Life passes so quickly
I blinked and their parents were all grown up.
Much too soon they will be off on grown up adventures leaving me with worn out shoes and happy memories.
For now, you can find me cheering on the sidelines... happily
