Sundowners
This evening we walked about half a mile along the beach to a very swish place, in order to have our sundowners.
Compared with our "local", the G&Ts were not much different, the view was slightly different (not as good actually), the lighting was really lovely, but the bill differed greatly.. It made a nice change, but I don't think we'll be rushing back there for dinner.
The main shot was a 30 second exposure. We don't have a tripod with us, so the table was used to balance the camera.
My extras are our G&Ts, and also "The Magnificent Five". We walked along the beach at about 7:30 am and witnessed this stand-off between the two gangs of "Scruffy Dogs" and "Wolfy Dogs". They are not feral - far from it. The two gangs are owned by two different resorts, and are used to keep monkeys and snakes at bay. They do know though where their boundary line is on the beach, and will defend their territory vigorously. I just loved the way they were so evenly spaced out, as though it had all been planned. These all belong to the Scruffy Gang.
