Borage/Starflower

Borage (also known as Starflower) is usually blue in NZ. Sometimes the younger flowers are pink and they change to blue as they age. Apparently there is also a white version, though I've never seen it. The flower is edible and is often sugared or frozen into ice-cubes for decoration.

Everything is wet today (still). A very wet spring going on in our part of the world. Still, at least it is spring and we know we have summer to come.
