Climbing Mount Apple

It’s that time of the year, pruning the apple tree and contemplating where to clip next. An insight into his mind, he counted every clip taken, 750.

We are off wandering in a couple weeks and believe his pruning of fruit trees is earlier than usual. I have a ‘fond’ memory of him doing this 4 (could be 5) years ago when my ankle was in plaster and pleased an easy blip could be taken. Isn’t blip wonderful!

Extra: Following a comment on bf earlier today I had Lenard Cohen playing and imagine John was dancing as he clipped
