THE CANAL THIS MORNING.

Out early this morning for a six mile walk. Managed to get a couple of shots of the Goosander, (male in extras) with difficulty as they kept diving and the dogs were pulling on their leads to get after them. Also in extras is a shot of the Roe deer. I was lucky to get home dry and it got very dark and then turned to light rain.
Spoke to my friend this morning and she is coming to terms with the loss of her husband, although I think it will take a while. I will keep in touch with her a couple of times a day anyway.
Off shortly to the care home, so hope you like the blip and hope you have had a lovely weekend.
