Well after only 45 mins sleep last night I think I am going to be half dead all day.

Today we are doing canoeing, climbing, absailing, caving, orienteering and pond dipping! I wonder how long I will last.

Today was a killer, but my boss sent me to bed in the afternoon and I really needed it, there was never going to be enough coffee to keep me awake
