Making takoyaki

Takoyaki is a Japanese street food that has octopus in a wheat-flour ball. It is topped with takoyaki sauce, mayonnaise and bonito flakes. It was great.

I went to the Chinese Culture & Cuisine Festival for a second day. The food's good, so I wanted lunch there.
