Happy Father's Day......

.....I'm sure that's what these geese were saying as they followed hubby and I while we walked :))

Today we thought we would have a wander round Henley Lake. It takes a bit longer than our usual stroll in the park but the day was pleasant, 11C. Lots of wildlife to be seen, ducks, swans, geese, coots and nz scaup. I did see some ducklings to. Hubby remembers coming here with his mates and their motorbikes tearing around causing no harm and having loads of fun. Today's kids enjoy kayaking, dragon boat racing, maybe some fishing and there's room to kick a ball round to. We enjoyed our wander with not too many stops with the camera :))

Happy Father's day to all dads and remembering those who are no longer with us.

This is a backblip.....during the time emotions were high, low and everything inbetween, it was a huge task to sort and empty the house ready for sale, we got there asyoudo but some days I just couldn't blip, so here I am, quite a while later......
